Unfortunately makeup products do not apply to exchange or return for hygiene purposes. We give our clients an option to pay insurance in case the product arrives broken or the package is lost by USPS. The insurance is optional for the customer to secure their package, they must apply it to the shopping cart at the time of purchasing the product, they will not be able to apply it after they have completed and / or processed their purchase.
All our orders are shipped from Puerto Rico
Orders processed could take 3-7 business days, sometimes it could take 7-15 business days depending on your location. All our shipments will be made by USPS.

Packages that arrive damaged or broken must be sent back to the company where the customer will cover the shipping cost and will have 48 hours after receiving the package to make a claim and send their package back to our establishment for a replacement. If the insurance is applied to the order there is no cost for replacement.
STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:
Unfortunately our company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The option our clients have is to insure their packages before finalizing their order.
